4Site Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading main contractor specialising in luxury high-end residential projects in Central London. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join their growing team.This is an ideal role for an ambitious individual with a background in site or construction management who is ready to step into a structured project leadership role with support and progression opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Support the Senior Project Manager in the day-to-day delivery of high-end residential schemes.Assist with planning, coordination, and management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered to programme and quality standards.Help manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth operation.Contribute to the preparation and tracking of project programmes (experience with Asta or Procure is advantageous).Attend site meetings and assist with progress reporting, health & safety compliance, and client updates.Maintain project documentation including RAMS, progress reports, and snagging records.Work closely with consultants, architects, and internal teams to support the smooth delivery of each phase.Requirements:1–3 years of experience in a construction or site management role, ideally within high-end residential.A genuine interest in project management and a desire to grow within the sector.Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with project planning tools (Asta or Procure experience is a plus).SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).Construction-related degree or equivalent experience preferred.What’s on Offer:A structured path toward Project Manager responsibilities with training and mentoring.Exposure to some of London’s most prestigious residential projects.Supportive, de
