🏢 Sector: Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) 🔧 About the RoleAs Contract Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of Hard Services (such as M&E maintenance and compliance) and Soft Services (including cleaning, security, and support services) across a diverse customer portfolio. You’ll manage a high-performing team, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual obligations. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery of multi-service operations across customer estates.
- Ensure compliance with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and statutory obligations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Full P&L responsibility, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Drive a customer-focused culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Embed Salisbury’s Health & Safety policies into daily operations.
- Identify and deliver training and development plans for your team.
- Provide technical advice and ensure appropriate specialist support is used.
- Produce and present management information and performance reports.
- Lead recruitment, succession planning, and staff development.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and service optimisation.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets and overtime approvals.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proven experience managing Hard Services (e.g. M&E, compliance) and Soft Services (e.g. cleaning, security) across multiple sites
- Strong understanding of multi-service delivery in FM environments
- Financial control and P&L management experience
- Project management and client-facing experience
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
