🏢 Sector: Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) 🔧 About the RoleAs Contract Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of Hard Services (such as M&E maintenance and compliance) and Soft Services (including cleaning, security, and support services) across a diverse customer portfolio. You’ll manage a high-performing team, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual obligations. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational delivery of multi-service operations across customer estates.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and statutory obligations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Full P&L responsibility, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Drive a customer-focused culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Embed Salisbury’s Health & Safety policies into daily operations.
  • Identify and deliver training and development plans for your team.
  • Provide technical advice and ensure appropriate specialist support is used.
  • Produce and present management information and performance reports.
  • Lead recruitment, succession planning, and staff development.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and service optimisation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets and overtime approvals.
About You ✅ What We’re Looking ForQualifications:
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience managing Hard Services (e.g. M&E, compliance) and Soft Services (e.g. cleaning, security) across multiple sites
  • Strong understanding of multi-service delivery in FM environments
  • Financial control and P&L management experience
  • Project management and client-facing experience
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
