We’re looking for a dynamic Contract Manager who has experience within the Cleaning Industry to oversee service delivery across multiple locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team, drive operational excellence, and make a tangible impact for both clients and the company.Reporting to: Divisional Director/Regional Account DirectorWhat You’ll Be Doing:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring all contractual and company standards are met.
  • Motivate, develop, and lead teams including Site Managers, Supervisors, and Cleaning Operatives to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks, compliance with HR policies, and payroll accuracy.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, monitor performance, and address any operational challenges.
  • Travel between contract locations to provide leadership and support where required.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • Flexibility with hours as operations require
  • £40,000 P/A
