- Developing relationships with employers ensuring that the provision meets the demands of the sectors in which we operate
- To directly line manage our small but growing delivery team of trainers and apprenticeship coaches
- To effectively monitor learner progress, ensuring a high-quality learner journey through effective monitoring of data and performance management
- Monitoring key supporting systems such as Onefile to track progress and manage delivery caseloads
- Effective planning of resources and scheduling of delivery
- Recruitment and selection of delivery team
- Ensuring provision is meeting high standards in preparing learners for EPA
- Working closely with our Quality Team to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- To maintain and improve achievement rates through rigorous monitoring and continuous improvement strategies, working with employers, apprentices and delivery teams to oversee learner outcomes
- Oversee the planning and launch of new apprenticeship standards
- Be a key point of contact for employment partners
- To ensure that assessment policies and procedures reflect internal and external awarding body requirements meeting appropriate levels of standards
- Working with the Health and Safety team, Ensure and that Health and Safety checks are carried out as required
- Identifying apprentice requirements for additional learning support and referring them when appropriate.
- Oversee functional skills delivery leading to successful learner outcomes in English and maths.
- Work to ensure high levels of student retention across all programs
- Audit learning documentation across the courses/programs/subjects in your scope of responsibility to ensure a standardised approach that supports progress and timely success
- Monitor and analyse learner voice across courses/programs/subjects to support action planning for continuous improvement
- Ensure team meetings are held to standardise practice, share information and good practice, and plan and implement improvements
- To support the strategic overview and implementation of Quality Assurance across the business

Minimum two years management experience of apprenticeships and other government funded training programmes E

Qualifications
