CLINICAL WORKFORCE TRAINING COORDINATOR Part Time, PermanentSalary: £31,049 - £37,796 per annum, pro rata £18,629.40 - £22,677.60 per annum, actualBase: Colworth Park, Sharnbrook, MK44 1LZ or other CDS Base Hybrid/Agile Working is AvailableHours: Part Time, 22.5 hours per weekAbout the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Workforce Training Coordinator to join our team at Community Dental Services CIC (CDS). This is a key role in supporting the development and delivery of clinical training programmes that ensure our workforce meets the highest standards of care and compliance.You will work closely with the Clinical Workforce Development Lead and Clinical Director to design, deliver, and evaluate training aligned with CDS's values, strategic ambitions, and regulatory requirements.
