This is a key role in supporting the development and delivery of clinical training programmes that ensure our workforce meets the highest standards of care and compliance.You will work closely with the Clinical Workforce Development Lead and Clinical Director to design, deliver, and evaluate training aligned with CDS's values, strategic ambitions, and regulatory requirements.
