The post provides an ideal opportunity to progress your career and influence the change required to meet the evolving health needs of care and support in East Sutherland. The role requires someone with strong, effective leadership qualities.You should have a relevant Post Graduate Diploma or Master's Degree in District Nursing. You should also be skilled and creative and willing to work with other professionals as a leader in the Integrated Care Team.The post holder will offer expertise and advice in the treatment and support of patients in the community.
