- Design & Implement Surveys: Lead the creation of customer insight surveys (satisfaction, perception, and transactional) that are statistically robust and aligned with industry regulations.
- Data Integrity Monitoring: Ensure survey performance and data quality while continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
- Feedback Analysis: Dive deep into both quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to uncover sentiment, trends, and key areas for enhancement.
- Segmentation Models: Develop detailed customer segmentation models to inform strategic service delivery.
- Engaging Presentations: Craft compelling, data-driven presentations for senior stakeholders, turning complex insights into clear, actionable outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate insight workshops and foster collaboration across departments to inspire customer-led innovation.
- Technical Skills:
- Excellent SQL skills for managing and querying large datasets.
- Familiarity with survey platforms like CX Feedback or Survey Monkey.
- Experience in text analytics and sentiment analysis.
