From rolling estates to greenfield developments, your caseload will be varied and rewarding. Expect to advise on:
- Sales and purchases of farms, estates, and rural land
- Agricultural tenancies and farming partnerships
- Estate management and succession planning
- Rural diversification and development projects
- Biodiversity, natural capital, and sustainability initiatives
- Country homes and rural residential property
- 1-4 years' PQE in Commercial Property or Rural/Agricultural Law
- A genuine interest in the rural sector and countryside matters
- Strong communication, drafting, and client care skills
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive, organised approach
- Experience in rural property is a bonus but enthusiasm, passion and a willingness to learn are just as important
