- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years’ PQE in residential property / rural & agricultural property
- Solid track record handling high-value, complex conveyancing of rural estates, agricultural land, or prime London property experience preferred
- Solicitors and legal executives with commercial property experience looking to pivot into a rural property role preferred
- Excellent client-facing skills, able to work with wealthy individuals and institutional clients
- Commercially astute with a proactive approach to business development and client relationship management
