We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Data Relationship Manager to join our newly formed commercial team. In this role, you will connect with fund managers, secure valuable proprietary data, and support their fundraising efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential new partners, initiating outreach, and building relationships that guide them through the data acquisition process.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our team's growth, strengthening the company's data network, and fostering a culture built on strong, long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting - Research and identify potential clients within the alternative asset management industry, using internal tools and resources to create targeted prospect lists.
- Outreach - Initiate and maintain contact with prospects through email, phone calls, and other channels; demonstrate our platform and explain the data submission process.
- Relationship Building - Cultivate trust and rapport with prospects, positioning both yourself and With Intelligence as valued partners.
- Lead Handoff - Work closely with data processing teams to ensure smooth transitions for new data leads and provide ongoing client support.
- Sales Enablement - Stay informed about our products, services, and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Reporting - Keep detailed records of all prospect interactions and relationship-building activities in our CRM. Provide regular updates to the leadership team.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in financial services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic and able to connect quickly with people at all levels
- Personable, credible, confident, driven, and enthusiastic
- Strong results orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Skilled at managing multiple prospects/clients while maintaining attention to detail
- Quick to absorb and retain technical and procedural knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Additional language skills are a plus but not required
