- Level 6 qualification. (Qualifications at this level include an undergraduate degree.
- Successful implementation of business change projects
- Experience of leading successful HR project work.
- Ability to engage with internal stakeholders to champion the benefits of systems and process changes
- Knowledge of the higher education sector and the business and operational structure of Universities (desirable)
- Hybrid working, allowing up to 4 days remote work per week.
- 38 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
