We are seeking an experienced and professional HR Services Manager to lead our core HR administration function at a leading higher education institution. This interim position is for a 12-month fixed term to cover the current HR Services Manager's secondment to a HR & Finance Transformation project.The RoleThe HR Services Manager will lead the core HR administration function and manage the HR Services team. Key responsibilities include overseeing transactional HR processes such as recruitment, UKVI compliance, employee changes, and leaver processes. You will also be responsible for monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality and timely service. The role involves managing the HR System (ResourceLink) to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and using change management techniques to support the team through the Transformation Programme. Candidates should have experience managing a HR function in a complex organisation and a proven track record of successful business change projectsKey Requirements:
  • Level 6 qualification. (Qualifications at this level include an undergraduate degree.

  • Experience of leading successful HR project work.
  • Ability to engage with internal stakeholders to champion the benefits of systems and process changes
  • Knowledge of the higher education sector and the business and operational structure of Universities (desirable)
