Morson are currently partnering with a non-for-profit organisation in York as they look for a HR Manager (Employee Relations) to join their HR team on a 15 month FTC.This is a full-time position offering hybrid working and a salary of £47,000 PA.The Role:
  • Line manage the Employee Relations Advisor, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee effective delivery of ER case management across the organisation.
  • Coach and advise managers to confidently address ER matters.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and deliver impactful ER training.
  • Lead on complex and high-risk ER cases.
  • Contribute to organisational change projects.
  • Develop and implement ER policies.
  • Analyse and report on case volumes, case studies, and emerging trends.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Relations.
  • Proven experience in line management within an HR function.
  • Solid understanding of employment law.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex and high risk cases effectively.
