- Overseeing Systems Design activities at Missile level for the CAMM Obsolescence programme.
- Developing the bid strategy for Systems within the CAMM Obsolescence programme.
- Coordinating multiple sub-system stakeholders to deliver the Design Assurance and Certification plan.
- Leading systems design and technical trade studies successfully.
- Experience in systems engineering, with special emphasis on:
- Requirements management and Use Case analysis
- System architecture design, justification, and traceability
- Interface definition
- Design assurance and verification planning
- Certification
- Proficiency in using Rational DOORS for creating and managing requirement modules and associated verification modules within formal change processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to write clear and concise engineering documentation.
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and time management skills.
- A desire to develop and grow systems engineering skills and improve methodologies within the team.
