- Running day-to-day client accounts with autonomy, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and to a high standard
- Managing multiple projects across global, UK, and EU markets – spanning patient materials, educational content, digital campaigns and more.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, leading calls and building strong relationships
- Working closely with creatives, strategist, production teams and the SLT to deliver high quality work.

- Currently an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in a creative healthcare communications agency
- Science degree
- Pragmatic, proactive and commercially aware with the drive to make things happen
- Enjoys the energy and variety of a small/medium agency where flexibility and collaboration are key
- Confident communicator who can lead conversations with clients and senior contacts
- Passionate about delivering great work and keen to grow with an ambitious agency
