- Full accountability for creating and delivering against a BIC Channel strategy.
- Full multi-million £ Channel P&L responsibility: Booker, Co-op Societies, NISA, SPAR plus new business areas including Forecourts.
- Wholesale C&C (Booker, Bestway with potential to scope new business across wider W/Sale).
- Create, negotiate & execute win/win JBPs, through new listings, distribution and market-leading execution.
- Lead multi-functional retailer engagement, particularly Category, Supply & Shopper Marketing
- Launch transformational product innovation, specifically for the Convenience channel.
- Best in class day to day account management
- Effective cross functional collaboration
- 10 years + of experience working with UK retail market with Convenience/Wholesale experience (essential)
- Experience of branded fresh, chilled, or dairy categories, desired, but not essential
- Experience of working with & leading X-functional teams (category, shopper marketing and ops)
- Thrives in an ambitious and fast paced environment.
