- Strong interpersonal skills able to create rapport with a range of stakeholders ranging from team members to exec board members and the ability to adapt style for different stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role in a complex business environment across multiple functions.
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Business Analysis methods and tools, including but not limited to; Process mapping ideally utilising BPMN or similar notation standard, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
