- Working in partnership with the GPS international pre-sales team to understand current and future customer demand, supporting them in the qualification of international opportunities, advising on the best use of the existing international partner network and / or the need to source potential new partners to provide delivery capabilities.
- Working collaboratively with Partner Management colleagues across Computacenter you will source the most appropriate skills and experience (CVs / profiles) to meet customer requirements to ensure quality delivery to our customers.
- Where we need to seek a new Partner to augment our international delivery capability, you will use market analysis, tenders and requests for information/quotation/pricing (RFx) to establish competitive processes for partner selection and pricing/cost agreements that aligns with customer demand and provides competitive services for our customers.
- Building pricing and cost management models, including rate cards, pricing agreements and other commercial models, that create wins with our partners, allowing efficient cost modelling and solution design to support internal presales functions.
- Building pricing and cost strategies that mitigate risk, aligns with billing and contractual obligations, and enables profitable service delivery.
- Produces and maintains clear frameworks and cost/pricing tools appropriate to global business, that take account of indexation, exchange rates, local laws.
- Owns and manages partner contracts that manage risk, ensures legal compliance and protects Computacenter and customers.
- Ensures ongoing compliance against standards, policies, certifications and financial stability that ensures service quality, ethical business and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) standards are maintained.
- Creates and maintains senior relationships with partners and potential partners, that ensures the partners operate in the interests of Computacenter and our customers.
- Creates and maintains relationships with partners that uphold the values of Computacenter and ensures service quality.
- Maintains relationships that provide ongoing risk management, conflict resolution, and continual service improvement that generate long term customer value.
- Collaborates with other business areas that leverages group scale, consolidates spend and controls engagement with partners through agreed channels.
- Collaborates with internal portfolio and proposition functions to align partner delivered services with Computacenter service catalogue.
- Understands customer demand and aligns demand with supply that delivers profitable growth.
- Collaborates with presales functions to manage customer bids, campaigns and frameworks aligning partner services to customer demand.
- Collaborates with internal functions to align partner services that help Computacenter provide Source (Product), Manage (Maintenance) and Transform (Deployment) solutions.
- Own and manage the documentation to ensure compliance with Supplier Code of Conduct and other Computacenter contracts
- Manage communications and inform management and other key stakeholders of risks to compliance
- Partner/Supplier management on a global scale within the IT services industry
- Procurement management skills in managing analysis, RFx, tender processes
- Commercial skills and experience in managing pricing negotiations
- Contractual skill and knowledge in managing legal contracts, due diligence and global legislation
- Relationship management skills to engage and negotiate with senior partner stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders
- Experience in an international business role, able to work with and appreciate cultural differences, and awareness of commercial principles of operating global service delivery
