- Lead the successful delivery of utilities packages including water, gas, electricity and telecoms.
- Coordinate with utility providers, subcontractors and internal staff.
- Manage programme schedules, budgets and resources
- Oversee on-site activities ensuring health & safety and quality are at the forefront
- Lead the team and ensure clear communication between all parties
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within infrastructure or utilities
- Strong working knowledge of utility coordination processes
- Proven experience delivering complex projects
- Excellent leadership, communication and IT Skills
- Black CSCS Managers Card, SMSTS and a full UK driving licence required
