Location: This role is offered on permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby or London (Kings Cross) office, with 2-3 days per week in the office.Overview of the RoleAre you an experienced Project Manager used to working on high-impact, cross-regional initiatives? We're seeking a skilled professional to oversee the delivery of our Net Zero projects, with a strong focus on project governance, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking. Reporting to the Programme Director, ESG, you'll apply your expertise in project planning, risk management, and change delivery to drive demonstrable results. This is a fantastic opportunity to support strategic sustainability projects that span multiple teams and regions, while contributing to meaningful business transformation.What You Will Be Doing
  • Support the delivery of regional and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and annual targets
  • Enforce project governance frameworks and best practices to maintain consistency and control
  • Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to maintain momentum
  • Coordinate interdependencies across projects and teams, aligning stakeholders effectively
  • Develop business cases and investment proposals to support project funding and strategic decision-making
  • Track progress, budgets, milestones, and risks across multiple initiatives, supporting local teams
  • Deliver regular updates through reports, forums, and Steering Committees to ensure transparency
  • Facilitate formal change control processes to manage trade-offs across scope, cost, quality, and time
  • Lead performance monitoring sessions to ensure compliance and drive corrective actions where needed
About YouYou're a confident and collaborative project manager with a proven ability to lead complex, high-impact initiatives from concept to delivery. You bring:
  • A strong track record of delivering business change through structured project management, with accountability for scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g. APM, PRINCE2), and a deep understanding of governance frameworks and delivery methodologies
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, navigating interdependencies, and driving outcomes in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated success in change management, including risk mitigation, issue resolution, and benefits realisation
  • A calm, curious, and solutions-focused mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of strategic goals
