- Maintain and update client files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies.
- Process billing and manage administrative tasks related to client accounts.
- Support legal professionals by conducting basic research and preparing case summaries.
- Ensure timely filing of court documents and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
- Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role within professional services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A good understanding of legal terminology and procedures is advantageous.
