Your responsibilities will include:Preparing correspondence and documents via audio typing, word processing, or digital dictation.Managing filing systems: opening, closing, storing, and retrieving client files.Attending clients in person and by phone in a professional and friendly manner.Diary management, arranging meetings, and scheduling appointments.Handling post, enclosures, and copying as needed.Ensuring client and firm information remains strictly confidential.Supporting credit control, billing, and time recording.Promoting the firm's services, culture, and ethos.Offering support to colleagues and guidance to junior staff where required.Engaging in ongoing training and professional development.About YouWe're looking for someone with:At least 1 year's legal experience in a similar role (ideally within property or conveyancing).A proactive, client-first mindset with strong organisational skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.A willingness to learn, adapt, and share knowledge.A positive, team-focused attitude.Why You'll Love This Role✅ Supportive, approachable colleagues who value teamwork
