Are you a Group Risk specialist with a passion for delivering client-focused solutions and growing business in the UK Employee Benefits market?This is your chance to work for an independent, client-first brokerage known for integrity, deep expertise, and personalised service across Employee Benefits and Insurance solutions who are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to help drive success across Group Life, Group Income Protection, and Group Critical Illness schemes.What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Group Risk clients
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Deliver expert consultancy and tailored insurance solutions
  • Negotiate with insurers and support scheme design & claims guidance
  • Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory developments
What We're Looking For
  • Proven UK experience in Group Risk broking/consultancy
  • Strong track record in business development and client management
  • Excellent communication, commercial insight, and negotiation skills
  • Industry qualifications (e.g. GR1, CII) a plus
