Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to FridayAbout the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our ICT team as a Service Desk Analyst (Band 4). Based at Causeway House Route Complex, Ballymoney, you will be the first point of contact for ICT support and play a key role in delivering high-quality technical assistance to staff across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for a range of ICT systems, applications, and hardware
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with agreed service levels
- Escalate issues to relevant teams where necessary and follow up to ensure resolution
- Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of end-user devices
- Support users in the use of standard software packages and bespoke applications
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within the service management system
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
- Hold an HND or relevant professional qualification in an ICT discipline and have worked for at least 6 months in an ICT-related technical role*
- Hold an ITIL Foundation Certificate, or in the absence of same, can demonstrate knowledge of ITIL principles and be willing to secure certification within 6 months of appointment
- Hold a current full driving licence valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment
- Experience in a public sector or healthcare ICT environment
- Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., TOPdesk, ServiceNow)
- Rate of pay is £13.57
