- Processing all new and used vehicle sales paperwork accurately and promptly
- Handling DVLA registrations, invoicing, and vehicle taxation
- Maintaining compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Communicating with customers, sales executives, and external partners
- Supporting the wider sales team with general administration tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or service role, preferably within the motor trade
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office
- Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
