- Previous experience in a customer service or sales admin role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experinace wtihin construction or joinary will be an advantage
