Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in the Runcorn area to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the school. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a nurturing and inclusive school environment that values both personal and professional development.About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join the team at the beginning of the autumn term. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small intervention groups
  • Assisting in the delivery of key academic programmes such as phonics and numeracy schemes
  • Helping to plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Early Years and Key Stages 1 and 2
  • Supporting children with SEND, adapting your approach to suit individual needs
  • Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to enhance the learning experience
