- Salary: £32,800 per annum plus Service Charge - Up to £38500/annum (rate inclusive of Service Charge)

- Trains, supervises, and motivates team members
- Monitors stock levels, places orders, and manages wine storage to ensure optimal conditions
- Oversees daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
- Addresses guest complaints and issues professionally
- Communicates with kitchen team members, other managers, and external vendors
- Ensures compliance with food safety regulations, licensing laws, and other relevant regulations
- Fosters a positive and collaborative work environment and adapts floor staffing based on guest flow and needs
