·Deliver high-quality technical designs to RIBA Stages 1-4
·Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery
·Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
·Ensure designs meet relevant regulations, including healthcare-specific requirementsWhat They're Looking For:·Proven track record as a Mechanical Design Engineer within a building services consultancy
·Experience across healthcare, residential, or industrial projects
·Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations, with an advantage if familiar with healthcare guidelines (HTM, HBN)
·Ability to take a brief, work independently, and deliver to deadlines
