We take pride in our carehome.co.uk review score of 9.6 out of 10.You’ll help us make health happen by:To demonstrate and deliver Spa and Beauty Treatments to a standard of excellence, previous experience essential.Excellent organisational and communicational skills.Have a high standard of customer service experience.Liaise with wellness spa manager to ensure stock level checks are completedCarry out housekeeping duties to ensure work areas within the Spa are maintained to a high standard.To reach and exceed retail targetsAdditional duties to include reception cover to include takings bookings and enquires, in the absence of the receptionist.To have a good understanding of health and safety procedures and complianceAttend internal/external training coursesKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:Previous experience in Spa facilities, qualifications to include NVQ Level 2 or above in beauty therapy or ITEC equivalent.Should exhibit outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently, which are crucial for teamwork and independent tasks.BenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
