Specifically, for the FPA and Group finance functions we are currently implementing 3 solutions: (i) Oracle Consolidation Cloud, (ii) Oracle Planning Cloud and (iii) Oracle Profitability Cloud. We are searching for skilled and motivated individuals to join the team to play an important part in this.If you are a self motivated individual with a passion for finance and technology, we invite you to apply for the Oracle FCCS/Consolidation Systems Analyst position and be part of our exciting journey towards excellence.About the role;Reporting to the Head of Reporting within the Finance Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our finance transformation vision leveraging EPM Cloud solutions. You will be required to support the project during the implementation phase of Oracle FCCS (or HFM) and then take on ongoing management of this application. You should have prior experience in implementing and administering the application.Responsibilities;Lead project implementation: As part the project team produce the necessary deliverables, documentation of procedures plus controls, executing system and integration testing, supporting business acceptance testing and manage deploymentPerform Systems Maintenance: Manage the execution of all routine system administration tasks, such as metadata updates, data loads, reconciliations, application monitoring, initialisation, security audits and provisioning. This includes managing all EPM Cloud environments and synchronisation of changesDocument system configurations, application designs, and procedural changes.Provide Application Support: Provides day-to-day support for resolution of incidents (e.g, outages, performance issues) collaborating with other technical teams/Oracle.Deliver Training & Continuous Improvement: Provide product support to end-users (e.g., Smart View) on Oracle EPM solutions and processes.About You:
  • Solid understanding and experience in supporting financial consolidation, close processes, and financial reporting, particularly in Oracle tools (FCCS or HFM)
  • Minimum three years of experience in an implementation or system administration role, preferably focused on Oracle EPM solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting (or an equivalent professional accounting qualification. Eg. ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW)
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling shifting priorities efficiently
  • Oracle FCCS certification is considered an advantage
