If you’ve supported children or young people with Autism, ADHD, speech and language challenges, or SEMH, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do as a SEND Teaching Assistant:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students
  • Work closely with teachers to tailor learning strategies
  • Foster academic, emotional, and social development
  • Help create an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with SEND (in school, care, or voluntary settings)
  • Calm, adaptable, and empathetic nature
  • Genuine desire to support inclusive education
  • Confidence in working with pupils with special needs
