- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow your client base and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and engage new dental practices, while nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Promote the full product portfolio, including dental implants, prosthetics, and digital solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering clinical insight, business support, and tailored solutions to meet customer goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for dentists and practice teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale support.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal sales processes.
- Attend dental congresses, exhibitions, and local events to represent the brand and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of the dental market and clinical workflows is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a track record of exceeding targets.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Comfortable with regular travel across the assigned territory and occasional national events.
