Their particular areas of expertise lie in financial services, FMCG, healthcare, technology and media.The Role:Join as an Associate Consultant, on a 3-year rotation programme, learning executive search techniques across different sectors. Ongoing tasks include:
Attending initial client meeting to understand the role requirements, company culture and expectations for the search
Work with senior team members to establish the scope of a search, utilising a variety of databases to build a map of relevant sectors and companies
Speak to market sources to collect relevant diligence on companies and potential candidates
Make first contact with prospective candidates, understand their relevancy for a role and engage them in the process by advising them on how the opportunity aligns with their career goals
Meet with candidates to assess experiential and behavioural fit, through competency-based interviewing, tailored to each search
Produce the longlist, shortlist, and appraisal documentation for clients
Be a liaison and trusted adviser to both candidates and the client throughout the process

Requirements:
Degree grade (Or equivalent) 2:1 or 1st
Strong research capabilities with a high level of attention to detail
