As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top graduate talent for prestigious clients across various industries. This role offers uncapped commission potential, providing an exciting opportunity for ambitious graduates to thrive in a rewarding and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
  • Source and identify high-calibre graduate candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and university partnerships.
  • Screen and assess candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles and client requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and clients to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide insights and advice to candidates and clients.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs to drive business growth and success.
Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate with a degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not essential.
