  • Basic Salary of £31.5k DOE
  • Up to £40k+ OTE
  • Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota

Our automotive client is a volume dealership group that operates throughout the area. Our client is actively looking to hire a Service Advisor for their site to look after customers whom are having work completed on their vehicles in their workshop. This is a great opportunity for anyone with Service Advisor experience in the motor trade.   • Providing a pro-active service to customers.
  • Scheduling in their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work.
  • Arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and resolve any issues.
  • Invoicing work done and taking payments.
  • Working towards company targets and KPI's.

The successful Vehicle Service Advisor will ideally have previous experience in the role but that is not essential as full training will be provided.
