The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a social worker to join a dynamic and supportive team. You'll work directly with individuals involved in the criminal justice system, providing support, guidance, and interventions to promote positive change and reduce re-offending. You'll manage a diverse caseload, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with various agencies like the police, courts, and probation services.What You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of needs and risks.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Provide one-to-one and group support.
  • Prepare reports for court and other agencies.
  • Participate in multi-agency meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case records.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A recognised Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW).
  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) as a Social Worker.
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
