- 📝 Draft & Negotiate: Create and review contracts across a variety of areas - SLAs, DPAs, licensing terms and variation letters.
- 🔍 Risk Management: Spot potential pitfalls before they become problems and ensure every contract aligns with legal standards and company policies.
- 🤝 Collaborate: Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, and operational teams to make sure contracts support our strategic goals.
- 📂 Organise & Track: Maintain a central contract repository and monitor key dates, renewals, and obligations.
- 📣 Advise & Educate: Provide guidance to internal teams on contract terms and best practices, making the complex feel simple.
- 🎓 A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (legal qualifications are a bonus!)
- 📚 Solid experience in contract management, legal support, or procurement
- 🧠 A strong grasp of contract law and commercial terms
- 💬 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 🧩 A detail-driven mindset and top-notch organisational skills
- 💻 Confidence using contract management tools and Microsoft Office
