- Act as the central liaison between sales, legal, and stakeholders - ensuring contract terms meet commercial goals and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate engagement, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Ensure contracts and procurement activities align with frameworks such as GDPR, ISO standards, and internal policies.
- Support due diligence processes including DPIAs and supplier questionnaires.
- Draft and negotiate customer-facing agreements including licensing terms.
- Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and fallback positions.
- Monitor contract milestones, renewals, and obligations using contract management tools.
- Advise internal teams on best practices, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve supplier processes and reduce risk exposure.
- A qualification in Procurement, Contract Management, or similar.
- Experience in supplier management, procurement coordination, or contract operations, ideally in tech, healthcare, or regulated sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between commercial, legal, and supplier interests.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks and government contracts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
