As part of their continued growth and multi-million-pound investment in automation and logistics, we're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Warehouse Manager to lead their UK logistics operations and support the next phase of transformation.This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll help shape the future of warehouse and materials management within a high-tech, precision-driven environment.Your Mission:As Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee all logistics activity across raw materials, warehouse operations and the parts distribution centre-ensuring the efficient, accurate and timely flow of materials to support UK production. You'll play a key role in delivering a technology upgrade programme, while driving improvements in part presentation, inventory accuracy and supply chain performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage and develop a logistics team supporting UK production from goods-in to point-of-use deliveryEnsure consistent, on-time delivery of materials through smart planning and KPI-driven performanceOversee inventory accuracy, parts presentation, storage standards and transportManage the forklift and vehicle fleet, ensuring full operational readinessSupport the decommissioning and installation of new warehouse technologies and automation systemsAlign warehouse operations with the ERP system and ensure smooth systems integrationChampion health, safety and environmental best practice across all logistics activityDrive a culture of continuous improvement through staff engagement and kaizen initiativesWhat You'll Bring:Essential:Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production-based warehouse environmentStrong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with warehouse operationsTrack record of managing material flow and logistics in a fast-paced, high-accuracy settingHands-on experience in project or investment-led operational improvementsExcellent communication, planning and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence change and lead teams through transformationDesirable:Knowledge of logistics, production control, and purchasing functionsExperience in developing high-performing teamsDegree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain or business managementExposure to warehouse automation and digital supply chain toolsWhy This Role?
