- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring all processes run efficiently.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
- Supervise and support office staff to maintain high performance.
- Oversee correspondence and communication on behalf of the office.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by senior management.
- Act as the main point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
- Support ad-hoc projects to improve office operations.
- Proven experience in office management or a related role within the Not for Profit industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a temporary capacity.
- Hourly pay in the range of £19 to £22, depending on experience.
