- Provide 1:1 support to students throughout the school day
- Adapt lessons and activities to meet individual learning profiles
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence and emotional regulation
- Work alongside teachers, therapists and the wider support team
- Support with both classroom-based and off-site learning experiences
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (e.g SEMH, autism, trauma)
- Patience, resilience and the ability to build meaningful relationships
- A proactive and flexible approach to working with individual needs
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, with business insurance is essential (for off-site learning)
- A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
