- Oversee the teaching, curriculum development, and day-to-day management of the course.
- Lead and support academic staff, including Subject Leads, Lecturers, and Hourly Paid Lecturers (HPLs).
- Ensure students receive a first-class learning experience and achieve successful progression.
- Manage course performance through student feedback and key performance metrics.
- Develop strong industry links and maintain up-to-date subject knowledge.
- Organise course team meetings, course committee meetings, and examination boards.
- Engage in scholarly activity to enhance teaching and course content.
- Support student recruitment, admissions, and retention.
- A relevant BA and postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in teaching and assessment in a higher education environment.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in course and curriculum management.
- Ability to design and deliver degree-level courses effectively.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for student success and inclusive education.
- PhD or higher-level research degree.
- Fellowship (or higher) of the Higher Education Academy.
- Experience of pedagogical research and its application in learning and assessment.
- Industry-recognised expertise in business-related subjects.
