We value innovative research, teaching and enterprise in all these areas and combine the very best of research innovation and evidence-based teaching, with a strong commitment to translating our work into policy and practice.About the roleProgramme Leaders in the Centre for Educational Leadership are creative, motivated and solution focused-leaders of both programmes and people with successful, credible experience in the leadership of learning, equity and diversity.The successful candidate will join a highly collaborative and supportive team. Their main responsibility will be to lead a 3-year UCL school leadership development project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Recognizing the significance of effective school leadership as a lever for system improvement, our partner in KSA has invited UCL to co-develop and support the delivery of a suite of national school leadership development programmes.
