Flexsource NI are currently recruiting a Building Maintenance Officer on a temporary full time basis covering the Armagh area.Responsibilities:路 Performing minor fixes, such as changing fuses, replacing light bulbs, repairing furniture, unblocking drains etc.路 Conducting cleaning duties and ensuring grounds are free of litter and harmful materials路 Regularly testing fire and security alarms, ensuring fire fighting equipment is accessible, and maintaining unrestricted access to fire exits路 Identify and escalate any further maintenance or repair needs as required路 Support incident response and emergency call outs as requiredRequirements:路 Level 4 qualification in a relevant building/construction subject路 Previous experience working in planned and reactive maintenance of non domestic buildings路 Working knowledge of statutory compliance in buildings路 Full driving licence and access to transport to facilitate the jobs dutiesApply today, or for more information contact Ciaran at Flexsource on 02890725663
