🏡 Provision: Solo Children’s Residential Home (EBD, staffed 2:1)
🕐 Shifts: 2 on / 4 off pattern – includes sleep-ins
💰 Hourly Rate: £14.20 – £14.70 (DOE) + £65 per sleep-in + £20 per on-call (Fri/Sat/Sun)
📅 Typical Shifts per Month: 10 to 11 shifts
📈 Take-Home Estimate: Approx. £30,500 Base and £8580 Sleeps = £39,080

The service is designed for high support needs and will be staffed 2:1 at all times. The home is set to open following the Registered Manager's successful Ofsted registration, anticipated by the end of August .👤 What We’re Looking For:We are looking to recruit 2 experienced Senior Residential Care Practitioners who are confident, compassionate and committed to providing high-quality therapeutic care in a 2:1 setting.✅ You must have:
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 4 Diploma – Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Be enrolled on either of these Diplomas's
- A Full UK Driving Licence
- A minimum of 1 year working in residential childcare
- Experience supporting young people with complex needs
- A calm, resilient approach and a passion for safeguarding children
