The service is designed for high support needs and will be staffed 2:1 at all times. The home is set to open following the Registered Manager's successful Ofsted registration, anticipated by the end of August .👤 What We’re Looking For:We are looking to recruit 3 experienced Residential Care Practitioners who are confident, compassionate and committed to providing high-quality therapeutic care in a 2:1 setting.✅ You must have:
- An understanding of what a Children's Home is, and it is desired that you have worked in a Children's Home previously
- A Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience supporting young people with complex needs
- A calm, resilient approach and a passion for safeguarding children
