- Leading quality and food safety on shift, resolving issues and ensuring compliance.
- Working closely with Operations, Hygiene, Engineering, and Supply Chain to keep quality front and centre of all activities.
- Helping to drive improvements, embedding a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
- Supporting internal and external audits, championing GMP, and ensuring team KPIs are achieved.
- Experience of working in a technical or quality role in a high-volume food production environment.
- Qualified to degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or similar (preferred).
- Demonstrable knowledge of quality and food safety systems (HACCP, TACCP etc).
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work closely with colleagues at all levels.
- Food Safety and HACCP qualifications.
