*Build and lead a team capable of administering compliance to a zero-failures standard.
*Ensure compliance paperwork for all energy efficiency and renewable installations is accurate and complete.
*Oversee accreditation and certification renewals, and progress new certifications to accredited status.
*Monitor regulatory updates and implement required changes promptly.2. Auditing andamp; Quality Assurance*Conduct regular internal audits to ensure alignment with standards.
*Prepare for and manage external audits from certification bodies.
*Track non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and verify resolution.3. Training andamp; Guidance*Provide training and guidance to staff, subcontractors, and installers.
*Act as the internal subject matter expert for compliance queries.
*Brief contractors and site teams on standards, documentation, and photographic evidence requirements.4. Documentation andamp; Reporting*Maintain accurate records, warranties, handovers, and commissioning certificates.
*Work with industry platforms (e.g. PAS Hub, EasyPAS, EasyMCS).
*Produce compliance reports for senior management highlighting risks, trends, and improvements.5. Continuous Improvement*Review processes to identify opportunities for greater efficiency while maintaining compliance.
*Keep up to date with industry developments and share insights with operational teams.
*Ensure compliance is embedded into day-to-day activities.Skills and QualificationsEssential:*In-depth knowledge of PAS 2030, Trustmark, and MCS requirements.
*Understanding of installation processes for EWI, CWI, loft insulation, and solar.
*Experience in compliance, auditing, or quality management within renewable energy or retrofit.
*Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and excellent communication.
*Ability to interpret technical and regulatory documents.
*Familiarity with online portals, geotagging software, and evidence repositories.Desirable:*Internal or lead auditor qualification.
*Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
*Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and platforms.Key Relationships*Reports to: Commercial Director
