Our client based near Reading is seeking a highly organised Marketing Administrator to join their team. In this dual role, you will have ownership of their digital presence while supporting front-of-house operations.Please note that on occasion you will need to work at least two Saturdays a month.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in front-of-house and administrative support, ideally within a high-end, client-facing environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Create, schedule and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms
  • Support email marketing campaigns, website updates and branded content creation
  • Monitor performance and engagement metrics to optimise content.
  • Welcome clients and manage appointment scheduling
  • Handle calls, emails and client enquiries professionally
  • Ensure the front-of-house area reflects a premium client experience
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a marketing/front-of-house role, ideally within a client facing setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using booking/CRM systems
  • A genuine interest in skincare, health and wellbeing is desirable
