  • 📍Location: Team Valley, Gateshead
  • 💼Contract: Permanent
  • 💰Salary: £25,000 - £27,000, depending on experience
  • 🏡Hybrid Working: Fridays from home (after training)
  • 🚗Perks: Free On-Site Parking | Early Finish Fridays!
  • 🕒Hours: 36-hour week - Mon-Thurs: 8:20 AM - 4:30 PM and Fri: 8:20 AM - 1:30 PM

📝 What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the central inbox and handling email/phone enquiries
  • Answering the office phone with a smile
  • Supporting customer pricing and account queries
  • Creating/updating customer accounts and invoicing details
  • Issuing and gaining approval for credit notes
  • Keeping CRM data (Dynamics 365) accurate and up to date
  • Providing basic CRM support
  • Running and sharing reports and dashboards
  • General admin support to a busy, collaborative team
✅ What We're Looking For
  • Solid admin experience
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM (a bonus, not a must!)
  • Great communication skills across Teams, phone, and email
  • Confident IT skills (Office 365, CRM systems)
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
