- Managing the central inbox and handling email/phone enquiries
- Answering the office phone with a smile
- Supporting customer pricing and account queries
- Creating/updating customer accounts and invoicing details
- Issuing and gaining approval for credit notes
- Keeping CRM data (Dynamics 365) accurate and up to date
- Providing basic CRM support
- Running and sharing reports and dashboards
- General admin support to a busy, collaborative team
- Solid admin experience
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM (a bonus, not a must!)
- Great communication skills across Teams, phone, and email
- Confident IT skills (Office 365, CRM systems)
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
